We serve a shared dining menu as of 15 people.
The complete menu (as the name implies) is to share: in this way, there is something for everyone and there is no need to make any decisions up front. If you prefer meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, we will happily take this into consideration.
- Burrata from the ‘Achterhoek’, tomato salad, basil and olivepowder
- Tuna tartare with basil mayonnaise and papadum
- Watermelon salad with Dutch sheep cheese, mint and watercress
- Steak tartare of Dutch cow, shallot, pickle, capers and raw egg
- Hummus, tapenade and baba ganoush with bread
- Steak from Twiske cow, sauce of artichokes, mushrooms and bell pepper
- Plaice baked on the bone with antiboise, herb risotto and a sauce of crayfish from Amsterdam
- Ravioli with wild spinach, stir-fried rainbow chard and wild garlic oil (V)
- Fries Hangar with mayonnaise
- Mixed salad (V)
- Green summer vegetables and savory
- Marinated Dutch strawberries, vanilla curd and chervil
- Chocolate tartlet from Holtkamp
- Eton mess with tropical fruit and a crumble of Oreo cookies
We like to use seasonal products, so there might be slight changes in the menu!
